The Estwing E3-13P and E3-13 PM Lightweight Rock Picks are a slimmed-down version of the Estwing E3-22P hammer. These rock picks are similar in overall size except that the handle is narrower which reduces the overall weight. The square end of the head is smaller in size and length while the pick end is the same length but tapered to a sharper point.
For hard fieldwork, this hammer is not recommended. If you will be working with mostly sedimentary rock, digging for fossils, or giving this hammer to a child, then this is a great hammer.
